Admissions Process

To apply for admission, parents must submit the following for each child:

• Completed Application form
• At least two recent school reports (in English or translated)
• Copy of birth certificate
• Proof of good financial standing from the previous school
• If your child has any special or specific learning needs, please include relevant documents such as:
  *Specialist reports (e.g., OT, psychological, medical)
  *Reports or assessments from a special needs teacher

Important Notes:

• Non-refundable P400 per application. To be paid when application is submitted.
• Submission of the application allows the school to contact previous schools for verification.
• Submission does not guarantee admission.
• Applicants must meet age requirements by May 31st of the entry year.
• Students may enrol at any time during the school year, which commences in January and runs through to December.
• The Capital Development Levy (CDL) confirms acceptance of a place (if offered) and is non-refundable.

Waiting Lists

Classes reaching the maximum size limits will continue to accept applications that will be placed on a waiting list.  In the event that students withdraw during the year, children on the waiting list will be offered a place at the time a vacancy occurs.

  Readiness Appraisals for Reception

  The School Readiness Appraisal, for children who are on the Reception Class waiting list, is held at the school mid-year prior to the admission date. Children may be considered for entrance to Reception if they reach the age of 5 on or before the 31 May of the school year.

  Children are assessed on developmental maturity, social and emotional grounds. Children who are not ready for formal school, including applicants from all categories, are invited to return for re-assessment the following year.
