Why Northside P School

‘I love that I spend time with my friends, I love the dress up days like book week, cultural diversity day, Botswana day, Pyjama day. I love that I get to learn so much about different cultural backgrounds because of the diversity we have.’

I enjoy the PYP experience the most. It has made my learning experience so much more relatable, fun and engaging. I get to learn to use my critical thinking skills to solve everyday problems. I have become more open minded in my approach to life.’

I like coming to school because I play with my friends every day. We play on the monkey bars. Sometimes we dress up like our favourite book characters. I love my because she gives me hugs and helps me with my work. Snack time is my best. I feel happy at school.”

I think Northside is fun because everyday feels like an adventure. We learn and have fun at the same time! Our teachers are kind and make learning feel like an adventure. I like the friends I amde at Northside and the big playground.

My favourite place is the school library. It’s quiet and there are so many cool books to read. Sometimes we sit on the beanbags and our library teacher reads to us. My favourite book to read is by Dr Suess – Oh the places you can go.

I love sports day because we race, jump, and cheer for our houses. I ran in the 100m and got a ribbon! The teachers cheer for us too. We even do fun warm-ups with music. Northside is the best school ever. It’s where I learn, laugh, and feel like a champion!
